MicroLogic Active 6.0AP control unit, wireless, MasterPacT MTZ2/MTZ3, drawout circuit breakers, LSIG protections
This device is a MicroLogic Active 6.0AP electronic control unit for MasterPacT MTZ last generation of high current air circuit breakers. This control unit is compatible with MasterPacT MTZ2/MTZ3 circuit breakers in drawout version. MasterPacT MTZ Active combines real-time information and ease of use to enable fast mitigation of outage events. MasterPacT MTZ Active is designed to achieve new levels of uptime and agility. MicroLogic 6.0AP Active is a LSIG protection type control unit that offers 4 basic protection functions and some advanced protections. Basic protections are long time protection against overloads (L), short time protection (S) and instantaneous protection (I) against short-circuits, ground fault protection (G). MicroLogic 6.0AP Active measures true rms values of currents. Diagnostic features are intended to limit the risk of power interruptions and to power up the installation as quickly as possible after a trip. MicroLogic Active provides alarms and messages to help the user in scheduling both preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as device replacement. MicroLogic Active has an ergonomic HMI with coloured backlight, status LEDs and a friendly navigation interface. MicroLogic Active 6.0AP control units incorporate several channels of communication, including Ethernet, Modbus SL, and wireless communication interfaces. Wireless communication are Bluetooth 4.0 (IEEE 802.15.1) and proprietary connectivity (based on IEEE 802.15.4. MicroLogic Active is equipped with NFC connectivity which provides remote access via a smartphone and the EcoStruxure Power Device application. MasterPacT MTZ Active circuit breakers are part of the Active Panel solution made possible by Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Power architecture. Green packaging eliminates single-use plastics and features 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard. Transformer efficiency data helps inform actions to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.
